The owner of this exclusive 6 bedroom villa situated in the hills of El Paraiso came to us asking if we could please give his newly acquired 20 year-old property a full make over.
He felt the property looked dated and was not only after for a more modern, stylish look, he also wanted us to incorporate a home cinema, games room and a basement bar in the property.
Due to the sheer size of the property, the project took 6 months to complete. We not only renovated, rewired and painted the entire villa from top to bottom, we also gave it a distinctly trendy “new Barroque” ambience by filling it with furniture from the famous Spanish furniture makers Guadarte.
